Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy
• If No Show, Booking charges will be Non-Refundable.
• If you cancel your Hotel booking within 7 days before your check-in date, booking charges will be Non-Refundable.
• If you cancel your Hotel booking between 7 to 15 days before your check-in date, booking charges will be 50% Charges.
• If you cancel your Hotel booking on or before 15 days of check in, booking charges will be 100% refundable.
Confirmation/Cancellation policy for leisure groups /Weddings
Confirmation
• 25% of the total room tariff at the time of the confirmation of the booking
• 50% of the total balance for room tariff and chartering 60 days in advance.
• Entire balance of room and catering 45 days in advance.
• Room booking and venue confirmation shall remain subject to receipt of the payment as per the clause above, failing which booking will be released and advance paid will be solicited.
Cancellation
Total advance paid will be retained if cancelled anytime between 3 months prior to the date.
Any case postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation will be governed by the Cancellation Policy
• Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/ cheque/ bank transfer.
• Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 10-15 working days.
• Credit/debit card online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card booking and days usually take 20 working.
• The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
• Credit/debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.

Cancellation Policy
• No Cancellation charges, if cancelled 48 Hrs before check-in date, in case of cancellation within 48 Hrs , 100% retention will be charged. (Not applicable for Blackout dates (24th Dec till 02nd January ) & Long Weekends)
• Incase of black out dates/long weekends, cancellation charges will be applicable if cancelled in or within 07 days from the date of check-in
